When will I get my order?
We aim to ship within 48 hours after the order is placed. We expect the order to be delivered within 2 - 5 days.
How can I pay?
We accept payment through all major Credit and Debit cards.
Who do you use for delivery and how much do you charge?
We use a range of couriers for delivery and charge a flat rate of £4.99 per order. Orders over £40 qualify for free delivery.
You can also collect from us in Rochdale to save on delivery costs. Simply select this option at checkout.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
We advise that you contact us within 24 hours if you want to make any changes or to cancel your order. Once the order is shipped we are unable to cancel or amend your order.
What is the shelf life of our products and how should I store them?
Before opening, all products should be stored in a cold and dry environment.
Each product is individual and shelf life may vary. Please refer to the jar/bottle for exact storage details.
Always use clean, dry utensils to take out the contents of jars and do not reheat.
What do I do if my order is lost in transit or arrives damaged?
If your order does not arrive within 10 days or arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible via email or the contact us form on the website.
